Once approved, further instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed via the online payment method

  • You'll get your 100% money back within 24 hours after we receive the product 

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error on our part
